Apurva Shah
Managing Partner

Apurva moved from New York to Raleigh, NC 6 years ago. Real Estate has always been a passion for him and has become a way of life for the last 10 years. Growing up, he learned the development and operations side of the business by working alongside his father. Today, at JAYS Properties, LLC his focus is on residential/commercial real estate investments, including renovation rehab, office, multifamily, and mobile home parks. He works very closely with other investors to also teach them how to run the business.

Apurva has completed over $40MM in real estate transactions and manages an eight figure portfolio with JAYS Properties, LLC. with backend focus on operations, negotiating deals for value add properties, and managing the current and future portfolio.

Jack Yen
Managing Partner

Jack has a background in data science and currently focuses on the front-end data research and financing analytics for every real estate transaction at JAYS Properties, LLC. Jack started his career in real estate with a growing value-add portfolio ranging from SFH, condos, small multifamily and mobile home parks in Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham, and Memphis market. His entrepreneurship also includes Mission X Escape Room in Durham, NC. Jack is also a strong believer in Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad Poor Dad’ mindset, and his goal is to help other investors to achieve their long term financial independence through investing in real estate. Today Jack is working on streamlining the pipeline process for future real estate deals and building out our broker network.

Kristina Rosas
Property Management Coordinator

Kristina has a background in filing income taxes and bookkeeping for a large outfit in San Antonio, Texas. Originally from Louisburg, NC she moved back recently and joined JAYS Properties, LLC to manage and coordinate the day to day operations with the current and future portfolio. She provides immense value with her expertise in building efficiencies and coordinating daily operations for the properties. Kristina loves numbers and continues to deliver a safe, family friendly, community experience to all our tenants. Kristina is an avid reader and has a passion to help people in the community.

Daisy Mae Chan
Executive Administrator

Daisy has an extensive background as a Real Estate Executive Assistant and Property Manager. She has honed her skills through various roles and responsibilities, gaining experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, from marketing to sales and operations. Currently, she is a valued member of JAYS Properties, LLC, providing assistance with daily operations and back-end leadership support. Her passion for organization, attention to detail, and communication skills help her excel in her role, ensuring that the team runs smoothly and efficiently.
